VISION
Safe, affordable housing for all in Jefferson City
Our Mission
We seek to promote dignity for those in need of stable housing in Jefferson City by seeking solutions for housing, shelter, and support services.
Our Projects
Project Homeless Connect
Project Homeless Connect is an annual one-day event in downtown Jefferson City. It focuses on offering immediate assistance and vital resources to individuals facing housing instability. This is made possible through collaborations with faith-based organizations, volunteers, and community groups.
Jefferson City Room at the Inn
Jefferson City Room at the Inn (JCRATI) is a low-barrier, emergency overnight shelter open during the winter. It offers a safe, warm place for adults in need. Our volunteers are committed to fostering strong relationships with the community’s most vulnerable members. Thanks to the support of faith-based organizations, the community, and our dedicated volunteers, JCRATI can open its doors each year to help those in need.
Open Doors
Open Doors will provide a day center for individuals who are unhoused or at risk of housing instability. It will be a space to connect with resources, build relationships, and develop new skills, alongside essential services such as showers, laundry facilities, and meals.
Transitional Housing
Our transitional housing program envisions supporting individuals facing obstacles to securing affordable housing by offering a temporary solution where participants can address challenges preventing them from achieving stable, permanent housing
