Volunteer Schedule

Thursday Set-Up Crew

Time: 3:00-6:00 PM

Number: 10 Volunteers

Tasks: Prepping materials for Friday, such as packing backpacks. Setting up tables and other needed equipment for Friday morning.

Friday Early Crew

Time: 7:30-9:30 AM

Count: 10 volunteers

Tasks: Help set up any needed outside tables and signage, as well as last-minute indoor set-up.

Lead Guides

Time: 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM

Count: 6 volunteers

Tasks: Be in strategic locations throughout the event to help guests, guides, and vendors. Volunteers will also make rounds within their location grids to confirm that all needs are met and communicate any issues that arise, that they cannot resolve.

Tour Guides

Time: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Count: 100 volunteers

Tasks: Help guide our Guests through the areas and answer any questions they may have (or find someone that can answer).

Lead Guides

Time: 12:00-4:00 PM

Count: 6 volunteers

Tasks: Be in strategic locations throughout the event to help guests, guides and vendors. Volunteers will also make rounds within their location grids to confirm that all needs are met and communicate any issues that arise, that they can not resolve.

Tour Guides

Time: 12:00-2:00 PM

Count: 50 volunteers

Tasks: Help guide our Guests through the areas and answer any questions they may have (or find someone that can answer).

Friday Clean-Up

Time: 2:00-4:00 PM

Count: 10-15 volunteers

Tasks: Break down booths and return tables and chairs to original locations, pick up any trash, leave the churches as we found them.

Nurses

Time: 10 AM - 12 PM and 12 PM - 2 PM

Count: 4 volunteers

Tasks: Nurses will perform diabetic foot exams.
